Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Morton Arts paintings and prints, but if for any reason you're not, we offer a 30 day return period for your peace of mind. The 30 day return window starts at the date of delivery. If you decide to return your print please contact us first. Then simply pack it up in its original packaging in excellent condition, and we'll issue a refund once we receive it.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and if the item isn't returned in its original condition, there may be a loss in value that we'll need to consider. We know that returns can be a hassle, so we'll do everything we can to make the process as smooth as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the print or painting you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union Right of Withdrawal 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Our on demand prints that are made to order (3-5 days processing) are exempt from the right of withdrawal 14-day cooling off period. Regardless, the same return policy as stated above applies to EU customers. Please notify us via email of your return request : saramorton@mortonarts.com.  Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Please use the original box and packaging provided, as our prints — particularly stretched canvas — are shipped in custom-sized boxes designed to protect the artwork during transit. If the original packaging was damaged upon delivery, please contact us at saramorton@mortonarts.com before returning so we can advise on suitable alternative packaging. Returns received with damage attributable to inadequate packaging may be subject to a deduction from the refund reflecting the diminished value of the item.

EU customers may exercise their right of withdrawal by notifying us in writing at saramorton@mortonarts.com within 14 days of receiving their order. A model withdrawal form is available upon request.
